I’m Amir, a certified somatic coach with over 20 years of experience in conscious movement activities such as yoga, partner acrobatics, and juggling.
In our sessions, we’ll have conversations and explore simple exercises to help you connect with your body’s sensations and inner wisdom. These exercises might include gentle movement but are not intended to be a workout.
My methods integrate different practices like Hakomi, Parts Work, Focusing, Somatic Experiencing®, and other embodiment practices so we can easily find the one that works best for you.
