The service is intended for any Israeli living in Israel who is coping with the mental challenges resulting from the war, as well as Israelis living abroad who have been directly affected by the war or incidents of antisemitism worldwide. During the initial meeting, we will confirm that you meet these criteria.
We provide support in 21 different languages, enabling us to offer assistance globally.
The service is defined as support meetings, not therapy, even though it is provided by certified therapists.
Our scheduling system is user-friendly, making the appointment booking process quick and easy. Simply visit our website and schedule a meeting. Select the filters that suit you: language, therapist’s specialty, and therapist’s gender. Once you choose a therapist from our database, you’ll need to agree to the terms and conditions. By clicking the "Schedule a Meeting" button, you can select the time slot that works best for you.
The system will send you an email with a link to the meeting. At the scheduled time, join the session by clicking the link provided in the email.
The organization offers the first six support sessions free of charge. After the six sessions, if you wish to continue, you can do so at a cost of €25 (approximately 100 NIS).

Not at all. The meetings are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, and there is no need to register or download anything in advance. Simply click the link sent to you in the email.

Yes, absolutely. You can continue to receive more than 6 support sessions for a nominal fee as a donation to the association of 25 euros (about 100 NIS). We are with you.
Sometimes this happens, you can write the therapist an email with a question and write to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help with a link to the meeting.
Our therapists are volunteers from around the world who see what is happening in Israel and feel the need to help, support, and be part of the recovery process. All therapists are certified in their respective fields of emotional care and have undergone a thorough selection and screening process by us. They offer their services voluntarily, with open hearts and great compassion.
Yes, of course. The first session is an introductory and assessment meeting. At any stage, you can update us or the therapist and request to switch to a different therapist.
