I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology candidate, and a proud mom whose personal journey into parenthood deepened my passion for supporting others. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and validated, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. I draw on a strengths-based and narrative approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to support individuals and families navigating anxiety, low mood, and life stressors. Through my clinical training and background in healthcare and counselling settings, I have developed strong skills in building meaningful therapeutic relationships, working with diverse populations, and providing compassionate, client-centred care. I see myself as a partner in each client’s journey—someone who walks alongside them as they discover their strengths, work through challenges, and create meaningful change.
