I am a body oriented psychotherapist and trauma therapist. The body does not forget. Often we hold, we contract, we have physical symptoms which speak when feeling the emotions would have been or is too much, too painful. With resourcing ourselves, in both a more stable regulated physical state as well as in a source much deeper than that the inner observer will become stronger and we can reconnect to that deep true place in ourselves that cannot be hurt. This will support allowing what wants to be looked at, felt and, let go off eventually. This is a process. I offer to support your process as best as I can with my full, open presence.
