Hilla combines more than 20 years’ experience in individual, couples, group and family
therapy with a passion for helping people achieve true healing. Hilla leads with her
heart, integrating her unique blend of theory, skills and knowledge into an intuitive
process that goes beyond talk therapy.
How does it Work?
We start with a short introduction, get to know each other. You tell me your needs, and
we take it from there. I will mostly listen and ask some questions that will help you to be
clear about your needs and mostly your strengths. I will provide you with support and
tools to be self sufficient.
We will end with a short summation of each session and follow up for future sessions.
