I am a dedicated Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and movement therapy. My background as a physiotherapist, combined with my work in Pilates and therapeutic exercise, allows me to support individuals in improving mobility, reducing pain, and reconnecting with their bodies in a safe and empowering way.
Having lived in Canada for several years, I deeply value inclusive and supportive communities. I am passionate about helping people feel welcomed, respected, and cared for—especially those who may be navigating challenging life transitions.
Through my teaching, I focus not only on physical strength and flexibility, but also on building confidence, body awareness, and a sense of well-being. I adapt my approach to meet each person where they are, respecting cultural differences, personal histories, and individual needs.
Volunteering in a refugee support community is meaningful to me because I believe movement can be a powerful tool for healing, stress relief, and connection. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where participants can feel supported in both body and mind.
