What is this group?
If you’ve been feeling fear, grief, anger, disconnection, or simply not yourself in light of the ongoing war and its impact on the Jewish community, this space was created with you in mind.
We are opening a fortnightly online support space for adults (18+) to come together, share, and feel less alone during this challenging time.
Sessions will be offered in English or Hebrew, based on registration.
Grounded, compassionate, and culturally aware, the group is led by a PACFA-registered psychotherapist
