About Us

Hi, I’m Michal, an emotional therapist working with a body-mind approach.
In Sessions, we work with all dimensions of experience – the body, emotions, thoughts, and behavior – with the understanding that much of what we experience is not only in words or thoughts, but also embedded in the layers of the nervous system and in the way we hold experiences and memories from the past.
Sessions unfold at your pace, with respect for what feels right for you, and with trust that when a safe space is created, something inside already knows where to move and how to heal.
I integrate tools from various approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, guided imagery, NLP, Nonviolent Communication, family constellation, CBT, and Yamima studies – tailoring the path to suit each individual personally.
I believe that everyone has a natural capacity for healing, even if it’s not always accessible or clear – and together, we can rediscover it.
