I studied Social Work in Jerusalem and Clinical Psychology in the United States. I am also a certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. A longtime meditator myself, I integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into therapy whenever it serves the client’s needs.
For years I have worked with individuals, couples, and families—offering emotional support, jointly exploring their challenges, and strengthening the inner resources needed to overcome them.
Today my primary focus is leading parent groups through the organization I founded, The Community of Mindful Families.
