Rachael Wurtman J.D., M.S. is a Health and Well-Being Coach whose clients’ concerns span all areas of health and well-being including nutrition, stress, sleep, physical activity, mental and physical health, mindfulness, personal and professional fulfilment, spirituality, and physical environment. She specializes in loneliness; loneliness is pervasive in our society, and it manifests in physical and emotional symptoms and unhealthy behaviors.
She completed training and certification through the evidence-based program at Duke Health, a world-famous hospital and healthcare network. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and Wheelock College (now Boston University) with a master’s in child development.
She has coached clients for more than twenty years in her capacity as a Health and Well-Being Coach and as a divorce attorney, early intervention developmental specialist, Asperger’s Coach, special education advocate, and divorce mediator. She lived in Israel for many years and is bilingual.
