Specializing in a wide range of issues, I help my clients navigate depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, fertility challenges, relationship issues, career challenges, marriage and partnership, family conflict, and stress. My professional journey began as a Crisis Counselor, where I supported people of all ages and backgrounds struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I then honed my skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at a CBT-focused private practice in NYC, concentrating on anxiety, depression, social anxiety disorder, and OCD.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I employ a collaborative approach, utilizing cognitive behavioral, evidence-based, and strengths-based techniques to foster personal growth and empower you to achieve your goals. My practice is built on compassion, trust, and empathy, ensuring that you always feel accepted and truly heard.
