Sometimes life asks more of us than we feel equipped to give. Relationships become strained, roles shift, or we lose sight of who we are. That’s where I come in.
I’m a family counsellor working with couples, parents, and individuals, particularly those going through transitions, feeling stuck, or carrying a quiet sense of loss around their identity or the people in their lives. What matters most to me is that you feel genuinely heard, not managed or moved through a process.
My approach is person-centred, which in practice means you shape the work. I bring the tools; we figure out together what actually fits. For some people, that looks like unpacking communication patterns in a relationship. For others, it’s making sense of the shifting demands of parenthood, or simply having a space to understand yourself a little better. I work at your pace, according to your needs.
