Planetherapy provides emotional support to Israelis and Jews in Israel and around the world who are coping with distress related to the ongoing security situation or antisemitic incidents.
We work to create a safe, human, and accessible space for every individual – a place where one can pause, process their experience, and feel less alone.
At Planetherapy, you will find a multidisciplinary team that includes mental health professionals alongside therapists and practitioners from complementary support fields. Areas of expertise include psychology, social work, psychiatry, creative arts therapies, as well as additional supportive approaches. Clinical professionals hold valid licenses in their respective fields, and other team members hold relevant professional certifications. Support is provided within a global framework, in accordance with professional and regulatory limitations.
- Online sessions – conducted virtually, while maintaining full confidentiality and professionalism
- First 6 sessions at no cost – with no need for prior approvals or bureaucratic processes
- Continued support at a symbolic cost – after the first six sessions, there is an option to continue support at a subsidized rate. Payments are made as donations to the organization and help enable continued services for others. Ongoing support is subject to therapist availability, as well as local regulations and professional limitations
- Personalized support – the team includes practitioners from diverse approaches, languages, and time zones, allowing support to be tailored to individual needs and preferences, subject to availability
