I believe there are many different ways to provide emotional support, which is why sessions with me are tailored individually, based on each person’s needs and desires. Some may want to define clear goals and work through structured processes (such as NLP and guided imagery), while others may prefer open conversation, awareness, and mindfulness.
Either way, we will focus on strengthening inner resources and restoring emotional balance.
In my toolbox, you’ll find methods such as NLP, guided imagery, therapeutic cards, family constellations, nonviolent communication, CBT, and specialization in working with children, teens, and ADHD using NLP approaches—among others.
