The coaching process is based on the principles of positive psychology, which emphasizes using your strengths (such as character traits and values) and your personal resources (experience, knowledge, and social environment) — essentially, everything that already works well for you — while looking ahead toward your desired future.
You are seen as a whole being, with your well-being composed of five key elements: spiritual, physical, intellectual, social, and emotional. By working with these elements, we can help you feel better, make space for all of your emotions and experiences, and move forward and thrive.
