I have successfully helped many people battle Addiction, Depression, Anxiety/Panic, Complicated Grief, and PTSD. I focus on decreasing/eliminating symptoms, providing tools/skills, increasing understanding/self-awareness, and helping people find meaning. I love to help people experience more peace in the lives, which continues to be a goal for my practice and a gift for my clients. Another amazing experience I’ve had, has been helping people get sober. The transformations are truly remarkable and absolutely life changing (and saving).
