I specialize in working with women during pregnancy and in the weeks after giving birth
Before we start, I will ask you to create for yourself a space where you can feel comfortable and have privacy as much aspossible.
We will start the session with a few minutes of relaxation.
When you feel safe and comfortable, you will share with me your story; I will listen to you as you share what is happening and what thoughts and feelings you have.You will be in touch with your deep wisdom and emotions and will be able to express and process your fears, worries, and wishes.I will give you some tools to navigate stress and worries to feel calm, relaxed and comfortable. We will finish the session with a short relaxation, and I will give you some practice for the following days.
This space and time is for you, and we will talk and practice just what you feel is right for you.
